I'm VERY pleased to have found this site! As a local here in The Cities, I've always wondered if NWA had a history center and was able to prove that point with the Airliner World article of this year, along with finding the website. As a collector and historian myself, I'm excited to see the vast collection and will go to see it 'live' soon. THANK YOU!

I, just as Mark Laferla Jr. just read an article about the NWA History Centre in Airliner World. A little frustrating, that I didn't know about the place until now. (I moved from Bloomington, MN to Simi Valley, CA in November) Hopefully they can get on of the aging DC-9s in there also

Dear Friends, I hope you can help me with the following registration N11564, DC-6B. I have photograph taken on 23 jul '59 at Idlewild, Flight nbr 505. I am checking all the books about the construction nbr but could not find the name Northwest. Most probably it is 45505 maybe it was leased from Trans Caribbean at that time for a short period. Do you have any mor info about this plane. Many thanks and regards from Holland.
