You Should’ve Been There !!!

            On October 5 th we had sort of an Open House and Reception in honor of and to thank our volunteers for their many hours of service. As a special attraction, Geoff Jones, the author of the newest NWA History, “The First 80 Years” was in attendance to personally autograph copies of his new book. During the evening some 150 people dropped by including NWA Past President M.J. Lapensky. We were especially glad to see Joe as it was his first visit to the museum and it has been a long time since we had an opportunity to visit with him.

Copies of “The First Eighty Years” are available at the History Centre or can be ordered on-line at ( www.NWAHistory.org). We will ship anywhere in the U.S. for $2.00 plus book cost of $18.00.
